DMCC-Concordia Fit Out - Approval Process:
- Clients manually submit approvals at Concordia JLT’s office. The admin team reviews the application documents and drawings before submitting them to the engineering team. The initial submission may take up to 5 working days to clear and confirm.
- Once the drawings receive approval, we proceed with a COC inspection to check common areas and the site for proper health, safety, and protection procedures. Obtaining the fit-out permit through the COC inspection can take up to 7 working days.
- After completing all the work, we proceed with a final inspection, which may take up to 2 working days. The fit-out completion certificate is then issued on the same day by DMACC Concordia.
